My first instance is Proxmox VE 7.4 with a 2nd hand Tesla P4, the Polloloco method works excellent with Win10 and Grid host V15.3 and Grid guest V15.2.
And as claimed, FastAPI-DLS works perfectly for those particular versions.

I have a second, identical instance, another Proxmox VE 7.4 (on identical Proliant DL380P Gen.8) with another 2nd hand Tesla P4.
This time I was hoping to run Windows 7 on another VM. Well, the last Grid that works on Windows 7 is Grid guest V10.4. I used Grid host V11.13 and on another Win10 VM, Grid guest V11.13.

Well I can confirm: FastAPI-DLS does not seem to work on these less current versions.

However, I would still prefer to share the vGPU with Windows 7 -- less Microsoft spyware, and I'm pretty sure lower resources.

Grid guest V10.4 only has this directory:
C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\Grid Licensing\License

Whereas Grid Guest V11.13 has both of these:
C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\Grid Licensing\License
C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\vGPU Licensing\ClientConfigToken\
